Maintenance of circular vibrating screen：
1. When starting, start with no material on the screen surface. Try to avoid starting with the material on the screen. The screen machine can be fed after the operation is stable. The feed should be stopped before the shutdown. The machine should be stopped after the screen surface material is discharged. The operation of the screen machine should be observed frequently. If abnormal sounds or noises are found, the machine should be shut down and checked in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
2. When starting, pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise, whether the current is stable, and whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. If there are cracks on the side plates and beams of the screen box, they should be repaired in time. You can drill a small hole in the crack development end first, then plan the groove with a carbon arc gouging, and then perform the welding repair. Strictly follow the welding process.
4. The bearing of the screen machine is generally replaced every 8-12 months, and the transmission belt is replaced every 2-3 months. The life of the spring is not less than 3-6 months, and the life of the screen frame is more than two years.
5. If the circular vibrating screen is lubricated with grease, lubricating oil should be added once a month. The amount of oil should not be too much, the amount of oil should not exceed two-thirds of the entire bearing space, otherwise it will cause the bearing temperature to be too high.
6. Always check the tightening of the connecting bolts on the screen machine. The tightening of the connecting bolts of the vibrator and the screen box should be paid more attention to, and if it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time.
7. Regularly check whether the screen mesh is loose. Loose mesh screen is an important factor that affects production efficiency. It should be tightened immediately after discovery.
