Installation and debugging of ultrasonic vibrating screen：
1. Remove the transport fixing clip, because the bottom frame of the screen machine and the vibrating body are connected by a spring, so the transport fixing clip is used to fix the upper and lower parts of the ultrasonic vibrating screen as a whole during transportation, so as not to The upper part and the spring are damaged. After entering the installation site and installing, the transportation fixing clip must be removed before use. It is strictly forbidden to test and use the machine without removing the fixing clip.
2. In accordance with the name map of each part of the equipment (refer to the attached drawing 1), carefully check for abnormalities. If there are any abnormalities, please contact our company.
3. During the installation, the sieve machine should be placed on a horizontal foundation. If no foundation is laid, an anti-vibration rubber plate should be laid between the workbench and the machine base.
4. The cables in the vibration motor and the sieve machine are subjected to severe vibration during work, and a standard ground wire must be connected for safe production.
5. Each layer of the ultrasonic vibrating screen can be rotated 360°, loosen the locking ring bolts, adjust the required position of the outlet of each layer, and then tighten the locking ring bolts. Use a wooden stick or rubber hammer to hammer the outer circumference of the locking ring until there is no loose sound from the hammering.
