
Straight Sieve
As the name implies, the straight-line screen is directly excluded from the bottom, and the material is discharged. The vibration motor is used as the excitation source, which can be a single motor or a double motor. Therefore, it is also called a straight-line vibrating screen or a direct-discharge vibrating screen.
It is mostly used for rough screening and precision screening of granular powder in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemical industry, non-mineral industries, etc. It has large processing capacity and is easy to be combined with production lines.
Straight row sieve principle:
The straight screen is composed of a vibration motor, a screen body, a screen, a vibration damping device and a seat frame. It adopts a new type of energy-saving vibration motor as a vibration source. Two identical vibration motors fixed on the screen box rotate in the opposite direction and synchronize and vibrate. The partial force of the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block carried by the motor at the instant of rotation reciprocates in the throwing direction, so that the entire sieve body supported on the vibration damping device periodically reciprocates in the direction of the exciting force. The screen surface is parabolically moved in a straight line direction. After the material falls from the feed end into the screen, it quickly advances and loosely penetrates the screen to complete the screening operation, so as to reasonably match the screen to achieve the purpose of screening.
