Classification of linear vibrating screen

The linear vibrating screen can be divided into four types, such as ZKB type, ZKR type, FS type, and DZSF type, according to the use and industry.
The ZKB type is suitable for the occasions of dry and wet classification or dewatering and demuxing of medium and fine-grained materials.
The granularity of FS type can reach below 200 mesh. It is mainly used for screening powdery materials such as: abrasives, chemical raw materials, metallurgical materials, building materials, etc.
ZKR type is suitable for coal, hydropower, mining, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.
DZSF type can handle dry powder, fine granule or fine powder materials.

Principle of linear vibrating screen

Principle of linear vibrating screen

The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors are synchronized and reversely rotated, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlaps in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. As a result, the trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle with respect to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown up and jumped forward in a linear motion on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.
