Working principle of Gyratory Vibrating Screen

      The sieve body with the inclination angle of the plane rotary screen of 5~10° is driven by the transmission device. The material movement trajectory is a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, and gradually changes to an elliptical motion in the length direction, and finally transforms into an approximately reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. The material fed through the feed port is evenly distributed on the entire screen under the action of the plane rotary screen body, and automatic classification is generated, so that the material with a smaller particle size under the material layer is quickly screened, and the particle size above is relatively Large materials move toward the discharge end. During the movement, because there is no stirring and vertical jump, the smaller particles are close to the screen surface and can be screened at any time.
      The movement of the sieve body at the discharge end is an approximate reciprocating linear motion, which gradually weakens the sieve effect. Therefore, the particles larger than the size of the screen hole are quickly moved to the outlet direction until they are discharged outside the machine, and the entire screening of the material is completed. During the sieving process, the continuously beating elastic beating ball effectively prevents the materials from clogging the sieve holes and ensures the high efficiency of the sieving. The balance weight balances the inertial forces in all directions during the movement of the screen body, thus ensuring the stability of the screen body movement
