Structure and working characteristics of high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen

The high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen (dehydration screen) has a reasonable structure and a particularly novel design. It uses a vibration motor as the excitation source, and the material is thrown to achieve the purpose of screening treatment. It is mainly used for fine or fine particle separators and dehydration, for coal preparation , Fine-grained dry and wet screening, dewatering, de-intermediation, de-mudging, reasonable structure, strong durability, low noise and easy maintenance.

Structure and working characteristics of high-frequency dehydration vibrating screen

High-frequency dewatering screen hanging structure. The whole machine is composed of screen box, vibration exciter and shock absorber. The exciter is installed at the upper part of the screen box and at an angle of 45º to the screen box. The vibrator installed obliquely is driven by the motor to generate an exciting force at 45° to the screen surface. Under the action of the excitation force, the screen box makes a linear motion with a blast angle of 45°.
