The NE type elevator seals the inverted "U" shape of the new bucket chain to form an "O" closed ring. Elevators are commonly used mechanical equipment in daily production. Due to their frequent use, it is normal for problems with long-term use. If the chain wears and breaks, it is even more troublesome. It is usually common to replace the inner chain and hopper of the bucket elevator. Take 7 to 10 days. However, after the device has been running for a period of time, it is unlikely to give such a sufficient replacement time to stop repairing and replacing the bucket chain. Therefore, how to replace the bucket chain of a large bucket elevator reasonably and efficiently through scientific means is a difficult problem before us.
The NE type hoist adopts the above replacement method in less than 3 days, which is 2 to 4 days shorter than the conventional method, and fully meets the installation technical requirements. Before implementing this plan, the following work should be done: ① First, all the bucket elevator transmission device is separated from the body, but the backstop must not be separated; the material accumulation in the hopper on the feeding side of the elevator should be cleaned up, and the box body will affect the bucket. The accumulation of the free sliding chain should also be cleaned up; ③The bottom box of the bucket elevator should be air-cut with a rectangular hole 1.8 m high and 1.1 m wide on the feed side and discharge side of the box to facilitate the entry and exit of the bucket chain; ④ The new bucket chain and the hopper should be connected at least 6 m in length in advance to shorten the overall installation time; ⑤ Remove the top cover, and send someone to lubricate the chain plates with proper amount of oil to reduce the resistance during manual rotation.
The NE type hoist is the above-mentioned "three-point rooting", in which one is installed on the side of the in and out bucket chain respectively. The most important link in the implementation of this plan is that the three active points of the winch must be synchronized and run at a constant speed, and there must be no preemption or delay, especially the last towing winch must not be hauled out quickly, otherwise it will cause the winch or bucket chain to pull. Accident.
The NE type hoist is located between the feeding end and the discharging end, and its traction wire rope is tied to about 2 m outside the feeding side box body, but the wire rope must be set on the inner side of the feeding side bucket chain to facilitate traction; set here One of the hoist is placed on the side of the bottom box through a pulley; its main function is to connect the new and old buckets to the new bucket chain at the breakthrough to transport the new bucket chain into the feeding end box at a uniform speed. The second active lifting point is set at the observation hole on the feeding side of the 4th floor, where a pulley and a hoist are also set; the lifting point of the wire rope is set on the feeding end side of the first and a half floors, and the wire rope is placed at the feeding end. The open side of the material end hopper is used to lift the material side hopper upward at a uniform speed. The third drag point is set at the front and outside of the discharge end to drag the old bucket chain that slides downward under the action of gravity; the drag point of the wire rope here is at the forefront of this section of the bucket chain.
The NE type hoist can run at a constant speed of 1.5 to 2.0 m at most, and then re-lash the new starting point, and so on, reciprocating. To imitate the method of replacing the conveyor belt with a belt conveyor, first cut off the tail chain of the bucket elevator and divide it into two sections on the feed side and the discharge side. The entire bucket chain forms an inverted U-shaped structure in the box, which is the above-mentioned "a breakthrough" ".
