When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, the screening machine needs to use No. 70 industrial gear oil. When the ambient temperature is higher than 5°C, please use No. 90 industrial gear oil. The groove between the sealing plate of the screening machine and the isolation ring is sealed by grease, and the oil cup is filled with grease every week. The amount of oil injected depends on the size of the vibrator actuator. The continuous dripping of small drops of oil shows that the amount of oil is just right. If a large amount of lubricant overflows, the oil level is too high, otherwise the oil volume is too low. Whether the screen surface or outlet level of the vibrating screen is directly related to the shielding effect of the equipment. If it is not level, it should be adjusted in time. If the pre-tensioning process of the screen is not good, the screen will not be tightened when the bottom of the vibrating screen is tightened, and the throwing force will be greatly reduced when performing tasks. Chips cannot be emptied.
The eccentric block of the screening machine works relatively under the action of external force. The bearings of the vibration exciter should be replenished with grease regularly, usually every 3-5 months; after installation, please run it for 2-4 hours, and then wait for it to be normal. It can be used afterwards; the anchor bolts are equipped with anti-loosening devices to prevent the bolts from loosening and damaging the vibrating screen. According to the material size of the sieving feeder, adjust the empirical distance between the drop opening and the belt to obtain a better distance. If it is too large, it may cause overload or paper jams. If it is too small, a flight scale will be generated. The screening feed belt is running. Since the left and right forces are uneven during the unloading process, deviations are prone to occur. The design of the control cabinet has a deviation warning signal and an adjustment deviation bolt. If deviation occurs, the deviation bolt can be adjusted.
