There are many types of vibrating screens for coal sieving, I have a linear or circular remote motion track

Coal classification is mainly divided into coarse material classification and fine particle classification. At present, the dewatering and de-intermediation screen is developing in the direction of large-scale. The current domestic use of dewatering screens above 18m is not ideal, and dual-channel or three-channel linear vibrating screens are the future development direction. When dewatering materials with a moisture content of more than 50%, an arc screen should be installed in front of the vibrating screen. The arc screen has a large drainage capacity. After the water-containing material enters the vibrating screen, the dehydration effect mainly depends on the vibration frequency and material flow. speed. The higher the frequency, the better the effect} The slower the flow rate, the better the effect. It is recommended that users use a linear sieve with 960r/min for dehydration with a mesh of 0.5mm, and a high-frequency sieve with 1460r/min for those with a mesh of less than 0.3mm.

1. Coarse material classification refers to the classification of materials with a mesh size of 25mm or more, which can be called coarse particle classification. The available equipment is: circular vibrating screen and equal thickness screen. When raw coal enters the vibrating screen from the wellhead, a thick layer is generally formed at the feeding end. Fine-grained materials must go through two processes before they can be separated from coarse-grained ones: one process is permeable layer or stratification. Vibration makes fine materials sink to the bottom and contact the screen surface, and coarse materials float on top. This process is necessary, otherwise it cannot Carrying out classification; another process is through sieve, fine-grained materials are separated through holes.
(1) The screening process of the circular vibrating screen: the distribution of the screen surface material is that the feeding end is very thick, and the discharge end is very thin. The thick material layer at the feeding end is not conducive to the settlement of fine particles. Therefore, its The screening efficiency is very low and it is easy to block the holes.
(2) Screening process of equal-thickness screen: Because the equal-thickness screen is composed of multiple sections with different angles, the first section is 30°~35°, and the second section is 18°~20°.
(Take two stages as an example here) When the material is fed into the first stage, due to the large inclination angle, the material immediately gains a great speed, the material layer becomes thinner rapidly, and the large particles jump (or even fly) due to the large kinetic energy, and the layering is very high. A short screen surface is achieved. Therefore, the equal-thickness screen has a high screening efficiency. The second stage is used for inspection and screening, and the materials that have been stratified continue to be screened. Generally speaking, equal-thickness screens have a screening efficiency of more than 90%. Due to the high-speed scouring of materials, it is impossible to block holes under the screen. The processing capacity of equal-thickness screens is more than 6 times that of circular vibrating screens of the same specification. The thick screen adopts low-frequency and large-amplitude process parameters, and the noise is low (not greater than 85dB). In summary, we recommend that the same thickness screen should be used for the processing capacity of more than 100t per hour. Only the hourly processing capacity is below 100t, the circular vibrating screen is used.

2. Fine material classification refers to the classification of sieve apertures below 25mm, which is called fine particle classification. Because of the serious blockage of materials, the fine material classification is rarely available in China. It is recommended that users use a wide screen , It has good effect when used with equal-thickness screen and circular vibrating screen.
